The Backtechnik SOFT Dough Divider processes your dough as gently as if it were made by hand, while meeting all the needs of a modern bakery. The dough dividing process we have developed and refined for decades differs from conventional machines through its unique hydraulic oil unit. Unlike dough dividers that control the dividing path via springs, the hydraulic oil unit of the SOFT Dough Divider adapts to the dough consistency without pressing it. This allows doughs with very long fermentation times in the dough chamber and a high dough yield of over 200 to be processed with the best results. The SOFT Dough Divider has a capacity range of up to 1,500 pieces per hour in two weight ranges with two piston inserts (100 – 1,400 grams as well as 200 – 2,000 grams).
When the job is (almost) done, you can enjoy an extremely short cleaning time of only two to three minutes. This makes work fun! When it comes to durability, hygiene and operational safety, you’ll be pleased to hear that the frame, covers and all load-bearing parts are made of stainless steel. Tough but SOFT in use!
